Start connecting your Microsoft mailbox from the Agent mailboxes panel in your AIMMS application.

Copy the callback link using the button below.
Return to the AIMMS tab where you started connecting your mailbox.
Paste the link into the callback URL field and complete the connection.

This link contains a temporary authorization code. Paste it only into the AIMMS connection form.
